Delivering up to 1620 watts of cooking power, the SR-188RT provides fast, responsive heating while reducing excess heat in the surrounding workspace. Advanced induction technology transfers energy directly to compatible cookware for improved efficiency and precise cooking control.

The versatile control system features both COOK and TEMP modes, while SmartScan™ enhancement automatically detects compatible cookware to help optimize performance. A built-in touch-sensitive control panel integrated into the glass ceramic surface provides intuitive operation and a clean, modern appearance.

Different from induction cooktops with built-in temperature sensors positioned beneath the glass cooking surface, the SR-188RT’s temperature probe continuously monitors the temperature of the food itself. The cooktop automatically adjusts power output as needed to maintain the selected temperature with greater precision.
